Discus and support Did not receive Xbox Quests rewards for October in XBoX Sales and Promo to solve the problem; I completed all the tasks for the Xbox Quests promotion for October and did not receive any reward.     Did not receive Xbox Quests rewards for October


    I completed all the tasks for the Xbox Quests promotion for October and did not receive any reward. I was told by Xbox Chat to post this here.

    Xbox monthly quests, never received rewards

    Could I get an Xbox support member to answer this request. Since October, I've never received rewards for completed quests.

    Hello!

    Rewards are typically not sent for a few weeks after the end date the quest. If it was for the September quest, you would receive before the end of October.

    Never received November quest reward

    Glad to hear you got it sorted out, It must have been a bug with the first couple months because I too didn't receive my reward for November's or even October's quest. I did just receive a reward message yesterday for completing December's quest though.
    I'm waiting to hear back from support on the thread I just posted.

    Apologies for the delayed response here. We were able to determine you have already received October's Game Pass Goals and Xbox Quest rewards. Please take a look in your Xbox Live message inbox and look for a conversation with 'Xbox Live'. If you don't see those
    messages, let us know!

    As mentioned earlier, November Quest rewards are still going out in waves.
    it’s the 4 of January and I still haven’t received my rewards for the November quest line
