Discus and support Did not receive Xbox game pass perks. in XBoX Sales and Promo to solve the problem; I bought Xbox ultimate pass on 4th December. I still have not received the perks.     Did not receive Xbox game pass perks.


    I bought Xbox ultimate pass on 4th December. I still have not received the perks. I contacted the help several time in vain. Please help me.

    I have Xbox gamepass ultimate, but i still cant view my perks. I find this very frustrating as have a lot of things i really want to claim.

    I’m sorry to hear you are having issues with Game Pass for PC.

    I’m not sure what advantages you are talking about. Which Game Pass Ultimate Perks are you trying to download where you receive this error?

    To redeem your perks, you must enter the code on your console or PC app you cannot redeem them via mobile.

    I don't see the Disney Plus perk in Game Pass Ultimate perks

    Disney+ perk did not show for me in the Xbox app on PC. It did show on the Game Pass app on iPad, but said it could only be claimed on PC or Xbox. I was able to claim it through the Game Pass app on Android. (In the UK. Had done a 30-day Disney+ trial earlier this year already.)

    Also check which app you use. Most platforms have several (Xbox app, Game Pass app, ..) and not all show perks.
