    I am trying to find out why I did not get my 1000 V-bucks for my subscription to Fortnite Crew Pack. My credit card was charged but NO V-BUCKS! Any ideas?

    Please refer to the Fortnite Crew in-game tab to see your next V-Bucks or Crew Pack grant which is delivered monthly.

    Your Subscription is associated with the platform on which you purchased it (your “Primary Platform”) until it is cancelled and is not transferable. Be sure to choose the platform (e.g., Xbox, PlayStation, Switch) you purchase your Subscription on carefully. You’ll be able to access the items you receive from the Subscription across different platforms, but the V-Bucks you receive may not be redeemable on other platforms. You must log into your Primary Platform each monthly subscription period to access your Subscription Content.

    Thank you for posting in the Microsoft Community.

    You can subscribe to Fortnite crew inside Fortnite from either the item shop or battle pass tab.

    Your subscription is associated with the platform on which you purchased it (your “primary platform”) until it is cancelled. the Fortnite crew subscription is not transferable between platforms.

    To claim the current month’s crew pack, you may need to log in from your primary platform if it has been more than 30 days since your last login from that platform. assuming you’ve done this, you’ll receive the crew pack items automatically as long as you’re an active subscriber.

    Be sure to choose the platform (e.g., playstation, xbox, nintendo switch) you purchase your subscription on carefully. you’ll be able to access the crew pack items you receive from the subscription across different platforms, but the v-bucks you receive may not be redeemable on other platforms.

    Inactive purchase

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

    According to the game support which is Epic games:

    "As a member of the Fortnite Crew, you will receive the Fortnite Crew Pack on or around the beginning of every month. For most players, the 1,000 monthly V-Bucks will be received at a different time as the Crew Pack. This is because the V-Bucks are added to your account on the day of your billing, which can be any time of month depending on when you signed up."

    Make sure that your subscription is active by signing in to https://account.microsoft.com/services, and it is the correct account where your Epic games account is linked to.

    They are investigating an issue where some Fortnite Crew members are not receiving their V-Bucks and appear inactive despite renewing their Subscription in January. Because this is an ongoing issue, you will be temporarily unable to resubscribe to the Fortnite Crew if your subscription expired or canceled for any reason.     Thank you for that. I have checked Epic game's support:

    'The Crew pack will be granted on the last day of the month to active subscribers. Please allow 72 hours for the content to appear in your account. If after that time, you do not see it, log out and log back in.'

    With the v-bucks included in the crew pack:

    'V-Bucks are given on the monthly date of subscription. For example, if you subscribe on the 14th of the month, you will receive the next grant of monthly V-Bucks on the 14th of the following month. Please allow 72 hours for the content to appear in your account. If after that time, you do not see it, log out and log back in.'
