GREETINGS

RECENTLY I GET MY NEW LAPTOP BUT WHEN I TRY TO LOGIN WITHIN MY LOGIN CRITERIA THEY TELL ME TO CONFIRM MY IDENTITY BY GETTING THE OTP VERIFICATION CODE ON MY TEXT AND EMAIL

I RECEIVED THE CODE IN TEXT BUT SYSTEM SAID ME THAT I NEED TO CONFIRM ONE MORE TIME AND THEY SENT ME OTP VERIFICATION CODE IN EMAIL - BUT I DID'T RECEIVE OTP ON EMAIL AND it's OVER 48 HR NO RESPONSE FROM MICROSOFT AND NO SUPPORT FROM MICROSOFT TEAM, it's NOT
MINE HEADACHE THAT WHY I CAN'T RECEIVE THE EMAIL AND ALL SUPPORT SYSTEM ARE USELESS THE CALL CENTER IS KEEP DISCONNETIONG THE CALL AND THE CHAT SUPPORT DON'T HELP ME - THE THING IS THAT MICROSOFT SYSTEM ARE WORST

AT MY ACCOUNT THERE IS 2 MINECRAFT REALM ONGOING AND I HAVE MY SCHOOL AND OFFICE STUFF IN IT AND MY 1 YEAR OFFICE 360 MEMBERSHIP ALSO BUT THEY DON'T WORRY THEY TOOK MONEY AND DONT GIVE YOU ANY SUPPORT

The only thing that I can reccomend is to check your spam/junk mail folder to see if it possibly went in there.

Did you link a mobile phone number to your account?

If so, use that to receive a verification code via text or a call.

Do this for me,

Go to your email where you received verification of account points transfer receipt, and either copy the screen or post the verification code here. With this, you/we will be able to have a reference to the purchase and contact someone that can help further.

How long ago did you make the transfer to your microsoft account balance?

Thanks for reaching out here in Xbox Forums. I understand there is an issue with a Microsoft Account blocked. Here in Xbox Forums, we do not have the tools or resources to assist with blocked accounts.

I recommend reviewing the following article: Microsoft account security info & verification codes.

There are a number of possible explanations for why verification codes don't always arrive. Read through the list of the most common causes, and see if any of them apply to you.

Does your phone block calls or texts from unknown numbers?

If so, change your phone settings then choose I don't have a code. We'll send another verification code.

Did your email send your verification code to your junk folder?

Check your junk email folder for a message from a Microsoft account, and use the code sent to you. Valid verification codes come from an @accountprotection.microsoft.com email address.

Mark @accountprotection.microsoft.com as a trusted sender to receive your verification code in your inbox.
