Did not receive the game awards mixpot items

I logged into mixer for the first time in a bit and had notifications saying that i had won some items while watching the game awards but i am not able to redeem them i dont see a link or a code or anyhting, checked my email as well and no messages or anything
on xbox so how do i redeem these items?

Mixpot not recoeved

i recently watched the game awards and yet I did not receive my mixpot. Any help with this issue would be nice

Did not receive E3 2018 Mixpot

Hello, I did not receive this year's E3 Mixpot. I previously connected my Mixer account for the E3 2017 Mixpot and received those items. Can someone assist me? Thanks so much.

Thanks for posting. That would indicate that you already own the other two items. The Halo Wars 2 item 'Kinsano Leader Pack' was provided for the last E3 MixPot, which we were able to confirm you had received. Additionally, if you
had previously purchased Goat Simulator or redeemed through Games with Gold, you would not receive an additional copy through The Game Award's MixPot.

You would have received the E3 Driver Suit. Let us know if you find that content in-game!

I did not see that in game. I looked at my Microsoft Account order history and I see the MixPot I got from E3 in June, but no record of a MixPot for The Game Awards this month.

I also did not get a message stating the E3 mixpot, however i did receive some items that shows in my order history.

Also to note that quantity available is limited and not everyone will receive it. Seeing as almost 300k people was watching on mixer alone not everyone will get mixpot.
