Did not receive Sea of Thieves Ebon Flintlock

Bumping my post since others have gotten help. Really want to be able to use the Ebon Flintlock when Sea of Thieves launches tomorrow. :\

I clicked on order history and it said Sea of Thieves Ebon Flintlock and on the right, it said completed.

I just checked my armory chest, and I didn't see it there.

In my order history it says SoT CCU 01. Not sure if thats what you're talking about, but other than that and the Ebon Flintlock I mentioned earlier thats all I see.

Thanks for that info. If you did not pre-order Sea of Thieves, we're afraid you would not be eligible for the Black Dog pack.

For the Ebon Flintlock pistol, you're not seeing that available to you in either armory chest within the game (ship or weapons shop)? Are you able to send us a screenshot of what you see when you open the chest and look at your weapons options for the Flintlock
pistol?

We were able to determine that you have received the MixPot Rewards that you did not already own.

This content is automatically applied to the account you watched the stream with, and some of the content is fully unlocked within its respective game.

Check your
Microsoft Commerce page for the following content:

Sea of Thieves Ebon Flintlock

Smite Anubis Skin

To check, when you view your
Order History while signed into your account, what do you see there? Do you see the Sea of Thieves Mixpot item (Ebon Flintlock pistol) and Black Dog Pack?

Also, when in Sea of Thieves, if you visit the Armory Chest on your boat or next to the weapons shop, do you see the Flintlock there?

If you see the Ebon Flintlock pistol and Black Dog Pack in your Order History, that means that it has applied to your account.

The Sea of Thieves team has included an issue with some players not being able to see their downloadable content in game via the

Patch Notes- 1.0.2 released today. This issue is being looked into and they did include a potential workaround.

In the meantime, please keep an eye out for updates via the
Sea of Thieves Twitter or via the
official Sea of Thieves site. We appreciate your patience with this.

Yea they are both in order history but neither of them are in game. I received a message from Microsoft for the black dog pack and redeemed it but it is still not showing up in game.
