    Hey there,

    I bought 12 months of xbox live gold during the "buy xbox live gold now and receive Ryse son of Rome free" promotion, but I have not received my download code or had the game added to my account on xbox one. I have been in contact with xbox live support
    with reference number 1325262177 and they confirmed that I was eligible for this promotional reward.

    please help me out with this one as soon as possible,

    If you recently purchased Xbox Live through the advertisement (if you used a pre-paid card you would not be qualified) it can take up to 4 weeks to receive a code for the game. Please keep an eye out Did not receive Ryse Son of Rome Promotional download code :)
