    Did not receive Ryse:Limited Edition after joining Love through promo


    Just another follow up....I signed up for Xbox live via a promo that offered Ryse Limited Edition when signing up for Live Gold, which I did. I paid by credit card on the 16th of January but have yet to receive anything. I've spoken to a few support members
    and eventually got redirected to this forum. I've also PM'd Mister Maka after reading a couple other threads regarding this same issue. If someone could help me out I would appreciate it. Thanks!

    xbox live you get ryse ultimate edition.

    Saw promo if you purchased xbox live you get ryse ultimate edition. Bought subscription and did not get download

    It can take up to 4 weeks for the code to deliver to your Xbox Live message inbox. Since it hasn't been the full 4 weeks, I suggest posting back here on 2/15/16 (the Monday after the 4 week wait for you) if you haven't received the Ryse code and we'll be
    able to take a deeper look for you! Did not receive Ryse:Limited Edition after joining Love through promo :)

    i don't receive 3 months of free promo code.

    I also have not received any promo code from this same promo event. I thought it was just gonna be considered free and not have to get a promo code. Money has been taken out. Didn't get a email or nothing about this promo so i have no way of knowing if
