Did not receive Robux when purchased

That being said, could I know if you purchased the Robux inside the game, or did you purchase the Robux on Xbox.com?

This question is asked because in case you acquired the Robux on Xbox.com, this means you purchased the currency for the Xbox version of the game. So, even if this game supports having the same in-game currency across platforms, you still need to open the Xbox version of the game to see receive the currency.

However, if you purchased the Robux inside Roblox, could I know when did you make the purchase, recently or have more than 48 hours passed after the date of purchase?

When you purchase the robux from the Xbox site, you are actually just buying the robux for the Xbox version of the game. For the PC version you need to purchase direct from Roblox or by purchasing a robux card from your local or online game store.

I purchase robux as well. My bank was charge but did not get them.

I used to be able to robux before. This isn't ingame. It's in the app. You cannot use points to purchase on the website.

You can buy robux on PC. On the Microsoft app version. Ive tried resetting etc.

Weridly enough I can buy robux on my other Microsoft account but its not sufficient in credits but I never used it. While when I did buy robux all of the orders went there. Not through my current one.
