did not receive rewards points for 3 month live xbox gold please credit

i purchased a 3 month xbox live Gold membership and did not receive my microsoft rewards points. My sn on xbox is Sherringford69 and my email is (Personal Information Removed) i alos purchased the xbox game pass for 9.99 paid with (Personal Information
Removed) and did not receive my reward points.. could you please credit me with my reward points i will also go on twitter with this situation if you cant resolve it to see if there is someone who can. please let me know a (Personal Information Removed)
the xbox live gold access number is (Personal Information Removed) if i have done something wrong not to get the points please explain and as a one time courtesy please credit me my points and i will know to do it different next time..

Hello. I was able to complete the Free Ride mission for the month of October of Live rewards. I received 1,000 credit points, but I did not receive the MyVip gems. And I also have the signature of Live Gold and I do not understand why they are not
receiving the scores announced on rewards. Could you help me with these questions please? Thanks.

Renewing your Gold membership, which carries over to Xbox One or Xbox 360, is a quick and easy way to earn up to 3,000 Rewards Credits. You'll earn Credits each time you renew your Gold membership, and if you sign up for a
12-month Xbox Live Gold membership,
you'll get all your Rewards Credits at once. Please note, you
will receive your Credits once your current membership ends and your new membership kicks in.

OK I did it but when and where do i see my Credits. As I don't See that They acknowledge that I have renewed or gave me rewards points. I however Did in my renew on my Xbox 360 and not on this side. None of the three things has shown me a reward credit of
my Points. What Gives? and I Bought it form Microsoft.

 

As of July 1, 2014, there are no offers to receive credits for renewing gold. There are no offers to receive credits for purchasing game was either. You can see all offers for earning credits on the Missions page of the site.

Also, please do not post codes on the forums. These are public so anyone can steal them.
