Did not receive reward code

I already redeemed a world of tanks bundle myself. However i figured id get another for my buddy who is just getting into the game. But i have not gotten my email with the code since i redeemed ot a few days ago. Thanks in advance for any help.

Alexander, Did you receive an email with the code after claiming it on the AMD rewards site? If I remember correctly that is how I received the code when I redeemed my gamepass reward from an AMD purchase, the "activate" button you're clicking did not
actually activate it for me automatically.

It should take about 24 hours to receive the code after you redeem it. If you didn't receive the code, check your order history on the redemption page of the Rewards site and it should give you the option to either resend the code, or it will list the code there. If not, you'll need to contact Rewards support via the contact link at the very bottom of the Rewards site.

If you did receive the code already and redeemed it on your account, then it should be added to your account immediately.
