    Did not receive Rainbow Six Siege Credits


    I am contacting you cause I just realized I never received my rainbow six siege credits for pre ordering the division. I went back in to try and download but says it can't be downloaded at this time. I would like to get a code for the Rainbow Six Currency
    or a credit of some sort. I pre ordered the game from the Microsoft store when it was released on Xbox one and had played The Division often. I was suppose to unlock Rainbow Six in game currency to use on upgrades and operators when I pre ordered The Division.
    It was a promo to get Rainbow Six gamers to pre order The Division. I never got the chance to redeem/download the credits through the store at the time and now they can't be downloaded and I did not receive a code for the credits. The currency pack still shows
    up in the Microsoft Store but it can not be downloaded. I would like to be able to redeem them since I still play Rainbow Six on a regular bases. Thank you for your time.

    Did not receive Rainbow Six Vegas 1 and 2 purchase codes after buying Rainbow Six Siege on December 3, 2015.

    Thanks for confirming, Ca55ius2K! There was an issue where users that pre-ordered The Division and received the Rainbow Six bonus currency were receiving the Rainbow Six Siege game for free. This has since been resolved, and you will need to purchase Rainbow
    Six Siege if you would like to continue playing it. Thanks for understanding!
