Did not receive Quantum Break PreOrder Codes

I was told from support to post my situation here. I preordered Quantum Break from Xbox.com, but I have not received my Alan Wake code or Quantum Break PC code. Can someone please help me with this? I did receive my Alan Wake American Nightmare code.

Quantum Break Pre-order codes

Codes are given in waves from 04/05/2016. You need to wait 7-10 work days to receive it in your Xbox message center.

those 2 codes are just getting sent out now so you should have them within the next week

 

Xbox.com support said I should have the codes by now though. Is there an official thread that says they are behind on giving out codes?

 

dont know about that, on the store page it did say we should get the codes within 7-10 days of quantum breaks release so they shouldnt be behind, they do send codes in waves so some people might have them already

 

same here, only received American Nightmare, still waiting on my PC version code and Alan Wake for 360

 

Same as Quaggas here. I have only received the American Nightmare code. No vanilla alan wake +DLC codes nor the windows 10 version of Quantum break.

The codes for Quantum Break on Windows 10, Alan Wake game, The Writer DLC and The Signal DLC will be sent within 7 to 10 days after launch.

Players who pre-ordered Quantum Break will receive the following via their message center:

•Alan Wake’s American Nightmare (Xbox 360 Backwards Compatible version)

•Alan Wake (Xbox 360 Backwards Compatible version)

•Alan Wake : The Writer DLC (for Alan Wake on Xbox 360)

•Alan Wake : The Signal DLC (for Alan Wake on Xbox 360)

Hello, as the previous users above, i'm coming to this thread from and after a lenghty conversation and checks by a customer support representative. He implied that someone monitors those forums and thread, but it seems to me so far, that's not the case
..

So to reiterate the issue step by step:.

On 30th of March due to some technical screwup, XBOX.com store couldn't take my pre-order for Quantum Break, and i had a chat with a customer support.

Later the same day i've tried again, and manage to buy it.

Recieved my Quantum Break key the same moment.

Yesterday i think i've got my American Nightmare key.

But still no key for Quantum Break Windows 10 (PC) version.

Again today (mentioned early) spoke with a customer support representative, who gave me tha link to these forums here and told me that someone is monitoring the forums here and will sort this issue out. He also noted that the codes should've been dispatched
by April 5th. Today is 8th, and no QB W10 PC code?

So .. i really hope someone will do reply and take care of this issue for me

 

I'm pretty *** at Microsoft. What the heck is this.... "within 7-10 days". What makes it that I haven't received my code yet while some poeple mentionned already finishing the game on PC. I ordered on XBox so my son can play it there but I want to play it
on PC for top graphics AND mouse-keyboard control.

I will keep on ordering ALL my games on Steam it seems, the ones I can at least.
