Did not receive punchcard reward for preorders.

I preordered several games last month and only received credit for 2, so I did not get my reward. I would also like to see if this has happened in previous months since I can't find a way to go back and look

Support will double check your purchases, but keep in mind that preorders only receive credits if they are part of a specific offer. Some of the games you listed did not have offers specifically for them and would have been part of Games on Demand punchcards.
You would have only receive credits if you completed those punchcards.

Preorders not counting for my punchcard

I was told by the twitter team to post here to get my preorder punchcard corrected. I had made preorders for RE7 and a few other games and they didn't count towards my punchcard and I didn't receive the reward points for it. (This was the last punchcard
not the current one).

As was stated in the FAQ for this offer and the offer page, only eligible pre-orders during the offer period were eligible for this offer. Since the only eligible titles you pre-ordered were Monster Hunter World and Farcry 5, you did not complete this offer.

That's referring to the Destiny punchcard offer through the Microsoft Rewards program (preorders did not count for that offer, you had to purchase the game after release), not the Xbox Rewards program. The two programs are different. For the Xbox Rewards
program, the only offer to receive credits for Destiny was the Games on Demand punchcard which involved preordering 3 games.

If you want to contact customer support for the Microsoft Rewards program, you would need to do so through their contact link on their redemption page.

For help with the Rewards program, it's best to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions support forum. Keep in mind that the preorder would count as a punch towards your games on demand punchcard. You would need 2 other eligible purchases to complete the offer
and receive credits. If you preordered the game before April 1, it would not count towards the current punchcard.

There are no offers to receive credits just for preordering that game. If you preordered it on or after October 1, it would count as a punch towards your games on demand punchcard. You would need 2 other eligible preorders to complete the offer and receive
the 15,000 credits.
