    Did not receive promotional GTA Online Money with 3 month Xbox Live Subscription


    I started a chat with Xbox Live support and they pointed me here. I need help getting the promotional $500,000 GTA Online money I signed up for from an offer I saw on my Xbox dashboard. The offer was made on this account I am posting from on July 13th, 2017
    and in the terms of the offer it said I was to receive the promotional money via a notification in the notification center on my Xbox One before July 31st. I have yet to receive this notification. The entire promotion was 500k of GTA Online Money with a 3
    purchase of a 3 month subscription to Xbox Live for $14.99. Thanks!

    I bough the 40% off 3 months xbox live deal that also gives you GTA dollars.

    I have acquired the promotional 40% off 3 months Xbox Live deal that was also offering in game currency for GTA Online, I got the subscription however I never received the 500.000 GTA Dollars. I have contacted the Xbox Live Chat
    Support however they said they are powerless to do anything about this and that I need to post here, please assist.

    Hello,

    I signed up for xbox live gold for 1 year on 6/20/15 because it indicated that I would receive a $15 promotional xbox gift card.

    I received a message today from XBOX LIVE today welcoming me to xbox live gold with a promotional code.

    But the problem is that I only got a $5 promotional gift card instead of the $15 promotional gift card that I suppose to receive...

    When I clicked xbox live gold when I was about to sign up, it indicated like this shown below.

    1 year subscription - $15 promotional gift card


    3 months subscription - $10 promotional gift card


    1 month subscription - $5 promotional gift card

    Please look into this and get back to me... I won't redeem the $5 promotional code that I received today until I hear back from you guys...

    that was the promo... Buy 3 months Xbox Live Gold then get 3 months extra for free... But i haven't received any codes... even after my subscription i bought expired last week!!

    The 3 for 3 deal was buying 3 games out of a select list and receiving a 3-month Xbox Live Gold subscription. The promotion ended 01-Jan-2014, so I'm afraid it's too late for you.
