    Did not receive promotion code for XBOX One Forza 6


    On June 30 I followed the instructions for the full game download that was included with our new XBOX ONE. After waiting 24 hours to receive an email with the game code, nothing ever arrived.

    I then sent an email to customer support at xbox.com/support on July 1. I never received a reply from customer support.

    I entered into a problem-solving chat with xbox support on July 6. They said they are powerless to solve this problem because it is in the hands of a third-party vendor. Xbox support sent me to this site to try to get help. I am now asking for help to get what
    was promised to us upon purchase of this gaming system.

    DLC not received code for Forza 6 Ford GT Le Man car

    Re-posting as separate thread per the forum instructions. Can ignore my note under "Redeem code for Forza 6 Ford GT Le Man car.." But don't ignore this one Did not receive promotion code for XBOX One Forza 6 :)

    Game purchased 11/15, received the April DLC for the 2069 car, but did not receive a DLC for the Ford GT #66 promotion.

    Forza 6 Chryslus Rocket 69 Promotion

    Microsoft was doing a promotion for Forza 6. It stated that if you have played Forza 6 between April-May you would receive a code for the Chryslus Rocket 69 car. It was told that people would receive a message with the code but i never received it.

    I have the same issue as you! I've been trying to get my code but I haven't received it it's not fair how they don't send us another code or something?
