Did not receive promo credit

Good evening,

I'm a relatively new user to Xbox Rewards. I signed up a long time ago but never tried taking advantage until very recently when I tried to purchase Halo Wars 2.

On March 7th, 2017 I received an email with an offer for 6,000 rewards credits for buying over $60 worth of games etc on the Microsoft store before March 31st. I decided to buy the edition of Halo Wars 2 with the season pass and the remastered halo wars.
It was received well before March 31st, but I still don't see the 6,000 points. I have not opened the game just yet, for this exact reason.

Kindly advise, as I'd like to get the reward and continue to use the program. Thank you very much!

Did not receive my $15 credit promo for spending $45 on Xbox One games.

Hi, I did not receive my $15 credit promo for spending $45 on Xbox One games. It was offered/shown on the Games section on my Xbox One. The two games that were offered were Killer Instinct and Strider, which I purchased and equaled to more than $45.
The promo ended on March 3rd, and I was suppose to receive a $15 credit promo on April 8th. I contacted Xbox Support Mar 3, 2014 6:43:15 PM EST to make sure Killer Instinct was correct in the promo, since it seemed as if it was more of an add-on
to me. I was told it was fine.

Promo

We bought a Xbox1S last Christmas with the promo of a $50 credit. I did not see there was a expiry date which has passed. I would think if microsoft is offering a $50 credit it would not have an expiry date. Is there some way to reset or receive a new credit?

In order to qualify, the purchases had to be made digitally from the Xbox Store. If you bought a physical disc it is not eligible.

In order to qualify for that offer, your purchase had to be made through the Xbox Store. While we do have a few offers for MicrosoftStore.com purchases from time to time, the Simply Rewarding offer was not one of them. Since your purchase was made through
MicrosoftStore.com, it was not eligible for Xbox Live Rewards.

i got plants vs zombies 39.99 and peggle 2 11.99 on march 3rd

but im still waiting for the code

was this a real offer or a internet scam ?

Hello,

I received max curse of the brotherhood about 4 or 5 months ago and then received the promo credit after that probably at least 3 months ago.
