    Did not receive promo code for Groove.


    I never received my promo code for the free months of Groove!

    It also said I used a free trial which I never did so I went ahead and paid for the month thinking I will get it anyways. I was wondering what is going on?
    Considering I never used the free trial and it stated I did, did I miss out on the promo? If so, I don't think that is fair to me. Thank you so much!

    I joined groove music with the black Friday deal. It's now been over 30 days and I did not receive my plus three code.

    From the Terms of Service for that Groove promotion:

    During the first 30 days, customer will receive a promo code for 3 months of Groove Music Pass at no charge. Upon completion of the promotional period, membership will be automatically
    billed as specified at signup unless cancelled. Limit 1 promo code per customer, single use only, Promo code must be used by December 29th, 2016.
    If after 30 days from starting your subscription you don't have your code yet, feel free to post a new thread and we'll take a look. Thanks!
