Did not receive pre-order rewards points on 3 games.

I received an email around August saying for every game I bought through the Microsoft store I would receive 15,000 rewards points ( limit 3 games ). I've called around and was referred here. I pre-ordered the games on August 17. Let me know if you need
anymore info. I also have a service reference #.

Pre order punch card

I had pre ordered 3 games from the pre order punchcard reward mission but it didn't complete and I did not receive the rewards, is there a delay to the rewards or did I just miss something? Ty in advance.

Rewards with digital pre-orders

Hi!

I pre-order Titanfall 2 (which is the list of Pre-order Punchcard) but I did not receive any points rewards :C

I Was not eligible for that reward? I ordered in Oct 4th.

Virtually every quarter, pre-orders have their own promotion that run and typically reward 15,000 reward points for pre-ordering 3 eligible titles. Unless you are a 5 Star MyVip member and receive the full 10% back then that promotion is worth more than
you would get if you just pre-ordered them at received MyVip % back.

Pre-orders are not eligible for MyVIP. While there was a special offer in September that allowed pre-orders for MyVIP, your pre-order was instead Rewarded by the Gears of War offer that was running at the time. Since purchases can only be Rewarded once,
you did not receive VIP payback that month as well. Since pre-orders do not qualify for MyVIP, you did not receive progress for your Call of Duty purchase, but you did get a punch on the Games on Demand punchcard.

I am assuming you mean this offer : "Exclusive to Xbox Live Rewards members, you can pre-order your Xbox One or Xbox 360 games through Microsoftstore.com and earn 15,000 Rewards Credits for each pre-orderable game..."

In the
terms and conditions it says you get the points once the games have shipped. They wouldn't give out points before the games shipped in case you tried to cancel your pre-order after receiving the points.
