    Hello I pre-ordered on 28.2 Sea of Thieves, but unfortunately I did not receive a code for the pre-orderer DLC yet.

    No codes were sent out for pre-order Mass Effect Andromeda, any pre-order content included with your version should be accessible in-game.

    I have a problem wiht halo 4

    Did you both Pre-Order Halo 4?, both of you should have gotten codes if you did, if you didn't pre-order it then you shouldn't have received codes unless it is the Collector's Edition, then you will have received some codes for the armour/weapon skins.

    Depending who you Pre-Ordered it from, depends on what codes you would have received, if you would have received any at all.

    If this is an account/marketplace issue i believe you need to contact Microsoft/343 directly, via email or chat (IM)
