    Did not receive pre-order bonuses for NBA 2K19


    I pre-ordered NBA 2K19 as part of a new "Xbox 1 X Console bundle"

    Ordered on Sept 3rd

    Received console and game code on Sept 11th

    Entered code and started downloading...later I played a few games and went to bed.

    I completely forgot about the pre-order bonuses, and I have not received them.

    Was supposed to get:

    NBA 2K19 standard edition includes the following items:

    • 5,000 Virtual Currency
    • 10 MyTEAM League packs (delivered one pack a week)
    • 1 Cover Athlete Sapphire MyTEAM Card
    How do I resolve this?

    Missing wwe2k19 characters from redeemed code

    We redeemed code for wwe 2k19 pre order bonus, it is showing the pre-order bonus as installed in the recently installed list in My Games and Apps, but the characters are not in the game under downloaded characters.

    Any help gratefully received
