Did not receive points for preordering Forza Horizon 3

I just checked my rewards balance, and it seems that I did not receive any points for my Forza Horizon 3 preorder as I was supposed to. Could you please check up on this? Thank you.

I have yet to receive my 15,000 points for preordering Forza Horizon 3 & NBA 2k17

No warthog Code for Forza Horizon 3, No DLC codes received for my pre-order of Ultimate Edition.

Hey there, so I preordered the Ultimate edition of Forza Horizon 3, and despite owning the Master Chief Collection, I did not receive my code for the vehicle in the game. Also, I was supposed to receive DLC codes for Forza Horizon 2 and Forza 6 car packs,
and did not receive either of those as well.

Hi Sir Twigler. Since your pre-order was not made from microsoftstore.com, it did not qualify for the Microsoft Store Pre-Order offer. Since you made it from the Xbox Store in September, it was added to your MyVIP progress. Once you unlock a Star level,
you'll begin to earn payback Credits.

I went through the games with gold page. clicked on the Xbox Game Pass special offer and selected renew now from the page to sign up for 1 year of game pass for $99 and receive Forza 7 and Forza Horizon 3 for free. I did not receive the codes to
download the Forza games. support told me to post on here.

Did you receive the Forza Codes?

I bought it on 14-Sep with three friends. They received the codes but not me.
