Did not receive my SoT weaponskin for watching Mixer stream

I watched the Inside Xbox live stream on March 10 which should give me access to a weapon skin in SoT. But I haven't received it yet.

I contacted support and they told me to post something about it here and mention the next ref. 1422412413

Hope I can still receive the code, my Gamertag is Dr.

Ebony Flintlock

I was instructed to create a post here explaining I did not receive my Ebony Flintlock skin after watching multiple hours of the mixer sea of thieves stream. Any info would he helpful.

1. Hello. I still not got the reward for watching stream in mixer. The reward for watching was Ebony Flint lock Pistol in Sea of thieves. I complied with all the conditions, but still did not receive it. Can you help me please?
   

 

I am in the same postion as my fellow gamer above. I had all my accounts in order as far as having them made prior before the stream.

Same here. Received an official reply that everyone already got their skin what is obviously not true. Watched the stream with the same Microsoft account, waited patiently for weeks and no skin in-game, no messages, notifications, nothing. Guess we won't
be getting it after all as they seem not to do any further investigation on the matter, even though there's obviously a flaw in their system as a lot of players are reporting the same thing.
