Purchased NHL 17 store but didn't receive ea access code

i purchased NHL 17 in the store and was supposed to receive ea access code for a free month and did not receive any codes.

EA Access Paypal Promotion second month code not received

Hello, I bought EA Access a month ago in the PayPal Promotion (Pay one month - receive a free one), but i didn't receive the Code for the free month. Can you please help me?

Pre-order incentives are typically sent out 7-10 days after the date of pre-order. You should receive your code via Xbox Live message so keep an eye on your inbox. If after 10 days from your date of pre-order you still don't have your code, feel free to
post up a new thread and we'll look into it then.

What game did you purchase in order to receive the one month EA Access code?

The promotion was for 1 month free EA ACCESS which was promoted on the xbox one Dashboard. I purchased xbox gold as required but have not received a code to give me the EA ACCESS.

I have also preordered FIFA17 Ultimate edition.
