    Did not receive my Nuketown code that I was promised


    Hi my gamertag is

    I was refereed to this forum by a Live Support member. As stated in the title I pre-ordered my COD black ops 3 and did not receive my game code for nuketown.

    Hi there!

    Thanks for the support message.

    You don't receive a redeem code for the content actually. When you download Black Ops 3, NUK3TOWN should have automatically downloaded along with it. I recommend going to the in game store on Black Ops 3 to see if it is there. If not, go to "My Games
    & Apps" and it will show under "Ready to install"

    Hey there, TaMe Luna! NUKETOWN wasn't a code, but an update in the game. You should be able to find it in the game itself at this time.

    I got my blops 2 from gamestation and it had a code in the case for nuketown 2025, but I did pre-order it. But if you buy the season pass you wont get nuketown 2025.
