    Hi there!

    To be sure, was your Mixer account live and linked to your Gamertag and were you signed in when you watched the streams?

    Also, does your account and console location match your physical location?

    If any of there things were not set up properly you may not have qualified for the promotion.

    Can you confirm with us that you have double checked and that regions are matched and accounts linked?

    Flintlock Pistol Went to Wrong Microsoft Account

    Hi there Kay Wh0, thanks for reaching out.

    To clarify, the Ebon Flintlock pistol would have been sent to the Microsoft/Xbox account that you linked your Mixer account to and watched one of the qualifying Mixpot streams for on Mixer.

    If you received the pistol on that account, it indicates that is the account you were signed into when you watched the stream.
