    did not receive my free killer instinct characters.


    A while ago i had received a email saying something like "your a fan of ours and we are a fan of yours"

    I had received a full character unlock for the game killer instinct, and had accepted this gift, but today when i first launched the game i noticed that my account had no unlocks for the game which means i never received my gift.

    i know it was a real email as my other friend had the same email as me except he received a free Xbox One which he did get.

    I have since deleted the email and now am requesting help on getting my gift.

    Xbox One Live 12 Months ??

    Yeh the free Killer Instinct comes with Jago character, 12 month sub includes additionl shadow jago aswell

    if im not mistaken there was a code that u had to put in the xbox one when the system first launched there then u will receive all existing charecters...

    I don't have one yet but I'm thoroughly enjoying Killer Instinct. They switch the free character around occasionally if you are looking to try it out. Currently the free character is Saberwulf. Be aware that you won't receive any achievements till you purchase
