Did not receive my free game promotion for buying Xbox one s

Missing gift codes

I recently purchased an xbox one s during a promotion in which one was to receive a free $25 gift code. I did not receive this gift code digitally nor physically with my xbox one s.t

current promotion you are referring to? If so, please note that the free game with the Xbox One S purchase only applies to the regular console purchase. The bundles such as the FIFA bundle are not eligible. If you purchased the regular Xbox One S and did
not receive your free game, you will want to reach out to the retailer you made the purchase from directly. We are not able to assist with that current promotion.

You would need to contact the retailer you purchased the console from. Support in this forum cannot assist with physical bundles.

 

Amazon is telling me to contact Microsoft, as they would be the ones to supply the game not the. Didn't know it was gonna be this difficult to get the game.

 

Guess I won't be getting my free game, knew it was too good to be true. Didn't know I had to go through so many channels, but yet still didn't get anything resolved. I owned every Xbox since the original, including the fat and the slim models and have invested
a lot of money into gaming with Microsoft. Thanks for lying about the free game Microsoft. Wish major Nelson read this maybe he could help

When you made the purchase through Amazon, you would have had to order the game with the console through the special offer. Since you purchased it through Amazon and not Microsoft, you would need to work with them for this offer.

 

Amazon referred me back to Microsoft. Reading from

I did fill out the form, I contacted phone support and provided proof of purchase. And was directed here.

For the promotion you linked in your post, there should have been an promotion on each of the retailers listed in the post to allow a choice of a free game at check out. Unfortunately this is a promotion we're not able to assist with as the free game would
have been knocked down to $0 through the retailer, and there are no additional steps you would have needed to take through us to get the free game.

Also, I'd like to clarify that the promotion linked in your post is not the Name Your Game bundle.

I understand Amazon has referred you to us, but this would need to be handled specifically through the retailer you made the purchase through. Please keep us posted on how it goes!
