    Dear Xbox Insider Team

    Being a dedicated member of the Sea of Thieves community since day one, I have been seeking to gain access to most exclusive items available. I have been playing since the Beta and I have shown my commitment throughout time, by inviting people to join the fun
    of Sea of Thieves, as well as, keeping the competitiveness at its already high peek.

    Some time back there was a stream on the Mixer that was granting viewers the Flintlock Skin. Back then I had watched that stream but never received the item. My suspicion is like the 'Founder Sails', Microsoft had mixed up my accounts. Some time ago I had raised
    a ticket to Rare about not receiving the Founders Sails on my main account; an issue which you handled professionally and resolved. Now I am asking for your assistance once again as I never received my Flintlock Skin, even after I had watched the stream.

    I am sincerely hoping you will include this item to my exclusive collection as it is has been beyond my control to explain why I never received it. Today I had the chance to watch again the Mixer stream of Xbox Inside for the Huntress FigureHead which I sincerely
    hope it will be added to my collection as well, without any unsuspected technical issues arising.

    I am looking forward for your swift reply and resolution on the matter. I urge you to handle this matter professionally as you handled with the Founder Sails.

    Still not got my ebony flintlock pistol skin for SoT

    I watched most of the stream on mixer and had my xbox account linked and everything but have still not recieved the code for the flintlock pistol skin

    The Flintlock skin will have been sent to the Xbox/Microsoft account in which you linked your Mixer profile to and watched one of the qualifying Mixpot streams with.

    We're afraid we wouldn't be able to send the Flintlock to your other account.
