Digital Preorder keys not received >30 days after purchase

My Dark Souls, Doom, and Doom 2 keys have not been received after digitally preordering DOOM and Dark Souls 3 on March 3rd. Ive spoken to support who acknowledged that I've been properly billed and should have received the code, and they recommended I post
here to receive the codes

Hey there, Ark! Sorry to see you didn't receive any of these. The Demon Pack should be available to download when you go into Manage Game for DOOM, or if you go to the Xbox One Store and download from there. If it's not, please post back because we will
want to look into that further.

There was an issue with the Demon Pack but it should be resolved now. Have you tried running through a complete power cycle by holding down the power button for 8-10 seconds and then trying again?

 

I have done this as requested and still can not download the demon pack.

Tried this did not work.

Tried loading via game manager did not work.

Tried to load via the store and it did not work.

Completely disconnected my Xbox One from power for 5 minutes and then restarted. Did not work.

Thanks for giving that a go. To clarify, did you purchase the game after it's release? Your original post states it was purchased at 11:58PM which is after the game's official release. If that is the case I'm afraid that you are not eligible for the Demon
Pack as it's available for those who pre-ordered only.
