Discus and support Did not receive my credits for preordering in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; I preordered skyrim, watch dogs 2 and Titan fall 2.     Did not receive my credits for preordering


    I preordered skyrim, watch dogs 2 and Titan fall 2. Which should have given me 15,000 credits. On the web page it states that all 3 were indeed preordered, however my punch card only ever showed 2 punches. Today when I was credited my money as I expected
    the 15,000 were not included. Can anyone remedy this situation?

    No reward after I pre-Order RECORE

    Did you preorder digitally or as a physical disc from Microsoftstore.com? There were no offers to receive credits for preordering that game digitally.

    There are no offers to receive credits for preordering consoles.

    It can take a couple of days to receive a response from support. Keep in mind that if any of the games were preordered before the offer began on October 1, they will not count.

    Did you only preorder 1 game? In order to receive the 15,000 credits you had to preorder 3 games (it was the same offer as the current Games on Demand punchcard just with different games).

    There are generally no offers to receive credits for purchasing hardware so there were no offers to receive credits for preordering the X or S. As of July 1, 2014, there are no offers to receive credits for renewing gold.

    For help with the Rewards program, you'll want to post in the Rewards program forum. There were no offers to receive credits for preordering Recore digitally. If you preordered it as a physical disc from microsoftstore.com and did not receive the credits,
    Rewards support will have to look into it.

    Gears credits would depend on when you preordered it and if it was preordered digitally or physically.
