    I did not receive my ore-order bonuses for NBA 2K18 Legend Gold Edition. I contacted support and was directed to you. This is becoming a huge inconvience and disappointment. I've paid for the bonuses just to not receive them.

    Hey NinjaTacos22! The 35,000 VC can be instantly redeemed in NBA 2K16 by searching for "NBA 2K16" on the Xbox Store and downloading the "35,000 VC for NBA 2K16 (PreOrder Incentive). The other bonus items should unlock through the game although you may have
    to wait until its official release date. Thanks!

    The bonus content im after is the 100,000 vc and a heap of bonus stuff that's just for the NBA2K17 Legend edition Gold. I was told that you guys would give me a code for it

    I didn't have the VC trouble but some content is missing like the main important team that comes with the legend edition. The 1992 USA team isn't in the play now or anything. i seen a few others complaining on a youtube about it so, I know im not the only
    one.

    The VC should be added to your account automatically and you should see it in the top right.

    As far as the player content goes, please be sure you create your custom "My player" so you can access that content. If you still don't see it, let's try the following, in order:
