Did not receive my 50,000 points for upgrading to Xbox One S

Hi There,

I bought a new XBOX ONE S bundle during Thanksgiving of 2016. At that time a promotion was going on that if you upgrade to Xbox 1 S console, you get 50,000 reward credits. I did all the steps per the instructions, but I still haven't received my points.
Please help me get these credited to my account.

Missing points

When I upgraded from my xbox one to xbox one s I was supposed to receive 50,000 points. I only received 30,000 rewards points.

The promotion was in November 2016 for upgrading to xbox one s.

Missing 20,000 points

There were two offers running at that time for upgrading. The 50,000 credit offer was only sent to certain members and was not available to everyone. If you did not receive the specific email, you would receive the default offer of 30,000 credits. If I remember
right, the 50,000 were for upgrading from a 360 to a One S.

I received the offer for upgrading from an xbox one to a xbox one s. I even spoke to someone before I purchased the xbox one s to confirm how the promotion worked. I upgraded my xbox one to an xbox one s and should have received 50,000.
