    Did not receive my $15 xbox reward for renewing Gold for a year


    Hello, I recently renewed my xbox live Gold account, and had an offer for $15, when i renewed my account.

    However, i never received my $15 reward for renewing.

    I have seen a few responses on here that said it had to be done through the dashboard, which I did. however; I used a refill card, I don't believe this should disqualify me since that was not stated, and it gave the option to do it with said card.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    No Rewards for Gold auto-renewal in October 2016 AND October 2017

    As of July 1, 2014, there are no offers to receive credits for renewing gold. Also the previous rewards was 3,000 credits for a year of gold.

    Hi,

    Maybe someone can help me. In April of this year I automatically renewed my Family Gold membership. Why didn't I receive the 200 MS Points for renewing a yearly gold subscription for my XBOX account? That it says is an xbox live rewards program benefit.

    Sorry to hear about any confusion this may have caused. This offer was only valid if you purchased Xbox Live Gold through the promotion on the dashboard. Unfortunately if you purchased a prepaid Xbox Live token and redeemed it on your account during this
    promotion, you will not qualify for this offer.
