    Did not receive MUT pack for Madden NFL 16 Super Deluxe: Season Edition


    SR# [Mod Removed] Support Specialist instructed me to post here to see about getting this resolved as soon as possible.

    Purchase date was 10/24 (Madden NFL 16 Super Deluxe: Season Edition

    Contacted support on 10/27

    Contacted support again on 11/9

    Ordered Madden NFL 17 Super Deluxe Edition and did not receive the codes for the Packs

    Pre-Ordered Madden NFL 17 Super Deluxe Edition from the Microsoft store and did not receive the codes for the Packs. Microsoft Store support sent me to Live Support who sent me here, please help!!!

    on November 19 I downloaded Madden 16 super deluxe season edition on my Xbox one. With that purchase I was supposed to receive 44 ultimate team all pro packs. I never received them or any code to redeem for them.

    Just wanted to add, that I have been in contact with EA, but they say I need to contact Xbox support because it is an Xbox special; the Super Deluxe: Season Edition. I have not received my 44 MUT packs to this date.

    I would really like to resolve this as soon as possible.

    If you purchased The Deluxe Edition you should be receiving 2 packs a week. If you aren't receiving packs EA Support is going to be your best contact. Apologies for any confusion, but we don't have control over in-game unlocks I'm afraid. You can reach out

    Madden 17 Deluxe

    Hey, JAWhitfield! The items that come with the Deluxe Edition should be the 30 Event Tickets, and 10 All-Pro Packs. The All-Pro Packs are sent once a week as long as you log into MUT, and this expires on November 7th. The 30 Event Tickets are given out once
    you log into MUT after launch. This information is also located on
    EA's support site    .

    If you do not receive any of these, these are considered in-game items provided by the developer, and you will want to
