Did not receive Mixer Sea of Thieves Stream Pistol

After opening a ticket I was told to post here. I did not receive the sea of thieves pistol and it has been one week from the mixer stream that gave it away. My accounts are properly linked and I viewed the stream roughly 30 minutes after it began until
the end. Thank you in advance for any assistance.

Sea of Thieves Mixpot Reward

I watched the Sea of Thieves mixer stream for multiple hours on March 22nd and did not receive my Ebony Pistol reward. You can check the participants list in the stream. I am on PC by the way.

Same for me, set up my mixer account so it's linked to my microsoft account and was there for the inside xbox sea of thieves stream but still haven't received the item.

Order History when signed into your account?

Even if you're using Home Console designation with your brother, only the account that purchased Sea of Thieves would be eligible for the Black Dog Pack pre-order bonus.

Regarding the Ebon Flintlock pistol, we greatly appreciate your interest in the Inside Xbox MixPot.

However, at this time, all users who watched the Inside Xbox stream live with a Microsoft Account linked to their Mixer account should now have the Flintlock Pistol skin & Stargazer Anubis skin unlocked. We're afraid no further code send-outs for this MixPot
