did not receive minecraft game when i purchase 1 year xbox live

hi i purchase my 1year xbox live on june 20 when it had a promotion for a free minecraft game i call in and told to wait till july 20 for the game its july 24 i kinda knew wasnt right but i waited anyway. i called in again today and now they are telling
me to make a forum about it in promotions.... sooo im confused and getting the feeling im being played.

Did not get MSP after my first purchase on Marketplace.

Hey guys,

My first purchase on Marketplace was Minecraft and i understand there was going to be a reward for the first purchase. I did not receive this however. Any solution? And Yes i was a gold member when i purchased Minecraft.

I bought a subscription of Xbox live gold (12 month) on my xbox with a commercial offer. For a 1 year subscription. I am getting a code to download Minecraft Xbox One for free. I bought on 2017/06/23. When I will receive my code? Thanks

They probably are using your mac id and see it was already downloaded on one mac id under that account and doesnt allow another one to download. That would be my guess? They have the $1 trial back for game pass ult. Go to costco and purchase the 2 year
for $100 for xbox gold and purchase the $1 free trial. When I did that it gave me xbox game pass ult for $1 for my over 2 years of xbox live gold. Totally worth it.

For this particular promotion you would have needed to purchase a year of Xbox Live Gold through the advertisement. When you purchased Xbox Live Gold were you charged the full amount for the game or did you receive the 20% discount that was offered? You

It says on the Microsoft rewards FAQ in most game purchases and your Xbox live subscription go towards rewards. just did the math and I've spent over $6,000 in the Xbox store, while some of these purchases may not be eligible you can't tell me that since
I've signed up receiving $38.05 of rewards is justified. Why would I not be a 1 star? That doesn't make sense. If this is the customer service I'll receive when I spend a lot for one individual customer on this company I will be finding another gaming platform.
There was no 1 star or any of that crap when I signed up in 2014 and to receive $38 of credits on 6k worth of purchase is ridiculous.

I only had 3 months of xbox live when I purchased the $1 deal, so it changed it to 6 months total. However if I would have purchased a year or two of xbox live first, then the $1 game pass deal I would have gotten a way better deal.
