Did not receive Minecraft Coins after purchase via Windows 10.

This may be a little long, I'll try and make it short.

Saturday, June 6th, I went to make a purchase of $19.99 package for Minecoins via Windows 10. I received the notice that the purchase was successful but the coins did not show up. I thought it was a glitch or maybe it was lagging behind,
so I made a 1.99 Minecoins purchase and it went through, I received coins for the $1.99 purchase.

I checked my bank account and I was charged for the $19.99. I waited 24 hours as the support site stated to do. Still nothing.

Sunday, June 7th, I contacted support via live chat, they told me to contact support for a refund. (Even though I don't want a refund, I just want my item that I paid for)

I did so. I explained in detail that I never received the coins.

Tuesday, June 9th, All I got back is "Sorry we don't give refunds for consumables, thanks for understanding".

I wrote back explaining that I don't really require a refund, I just want my item and I have not received any responses back.

Wednesday, June 10th, I contacted support via live chat again. This person seemed understanding and was trying to contact a live representative from XBOX but after about 15 minutes he said wait times were long and there was nothing else
he could do for me.

Thursday, June 11th, out of options.

Minecraft.net states to contact support if coins were not received after confirming purchase was completed, but that didn't do anything.

I e-mailed back the support and told them if they could explain how the item was consumed if I never received it in the first place but I've been ignored. BE WARY making purchases with Windows 10. Luckily it was only $19.99, so I am not going to starve.
But it does piss me off.
