Well, Hello.

I'm here to speak about my Kinect Sports CD that hasn't arrive for years.

So i start with first.

1.I saw that Xbox Live offers -20% off 12 month subscription and as bonus feature you can get 1 from 3 games for free.

2.So i added credit card, bought 12 month subscription and so and so....

3.I receive an email that i have bought 12 month subscription.

4. I've got 12 month subscription and email about that i have free gift from xbox live . And i have to choose 1 from 3 games that i want.

5. I went to choose my Kinect Sports and provided with Address where to sent.

6.After a time, i wrote to support about that where is my cd. They told me it will be within 8-10 weeks.

7.SO i waited, waited and time was going and i forgot about it because after 1 year i didn't receive it.

8.So i was forgot about cd , because no information about cd wasn't sent at my address so i thought it is gone. ( 1year )

9.2 years not receiving any information about cd and that fact that i was forgot about it after waiting 1 year . i forgot to write support again for that where is my cd.

10. Fact: 2 years no cd, from 2013 i live in another place. CD was sent 2011 XX so it is 2 years of waiting for my cd and no notifications. On exatcly moment i can't provide shipping address because i don't live there anymore, but i have friend that mby knows
address because she lived there too.

11. I have provided this post with emails i've got from xbox.

I hope that we can get compromise with this situation and if it will be possible to get that game to me i better prefer Reedem code not cd because it can not come again.

And we have already filed a case for investigation from support with nice guy, i am grateful to Vin.

Thanks man... the funny thing is he has kinect sports 1 and i have kinect sports 2.. both of it has tennis.. still we are not able to play... it says load the cd... seems like both of us should have the same game.

 

favourite kinect sports 1&2 in xbox one..

cant play the kinect sport 1&2 in my xbox one.. it says eject cd or does not play.. any solution to this problem.

 

the link in your email refers to eprize.com - they are now helloworld.com - as far as i know they were not directly belonging to microsoft but used to be a sponsored pardner for promotions the same way xbox rewards still is, but anyway i guess your chances
are slim after such a long time

 

Agreed; because it has been so long since the promotion, it seems extremely unlikely that anything can or will be done to resolve this situation. Sorry.
