Did not receive just cause 2 code with just cause 3 preorder

I pre-ordered November 5 and did not receive a code in my message center and the game is not listed under the "ready to install" section. I already spoke to rep's online and on the phone and they directed me to Square/Enix support who directed me back to
here. Please help!

Bought Just Cause 3, but did not receive Just Cause 2

First of, my apologies if i'm posting this in the wrong sub-forum.

I have bought Just Cause 3 digitally, just the normal version, and from what i understand, i should have received a code to get Just Cause 2, however, i did not receive anything. Do i have to buy the season pass to be eligible to get Just Cause 2 ?.

Same thing here, Xbox support send me to Square Enix but since I bought it from the Xbox Store i'm stuck in a loop
