Did not receive Halo Twitch Drop

Hi

I watched the whole HCS Halo championships on the weekend on twitch and got all my twitch drops but the Gladiators Edge Armor Coating. I claimed all my drops and did not see that one. I hear others had the same issue.

Try restarting the game to see if that does the trick.

If the issue persist and if you're facing the problem on Xbox try power cycling the console:

1. Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.
2. Unplug the console's power cable from the console and from the power outlet. Wait 5 minutes.
Important: Be sure to wait at least 5 minutes. This step resets the power supply.
3. Plug the console power cable back in.
4. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on.

After that, try to remove and re-add your profile on the console.

Also disconnect your router from power for about 3 minutes. Then connect it again an when everything is working, try again

If you're playing on PC instead, sign out from the game and sign in

yea this was the first thing i did, it did not work I unlinked all the accounts and relinked them and still nothing was fixed

I said i had my stuff setup i did all that i linked my twitch account to my sea of theives account for twitch drops i did all the steps thats why im wondering why i didnt get the reward
