Did not receive Halo 3: ODST MCC download code

Hello,

I did not log in on time to receive the download code for having played Master Chief Collection throughout its launch week. Please resend the code, as I had to suffer from the multitude of matchmaking issues and eventually gave up altogether which is why
I never logged back in to redeem the free code.

Halo MCC: Halo 3:ODST code?

I was an "early adopter" of Halo: MCC, and I'm reading that this makes me eligible for a free copy of the Halo 3:ODST add-on for Halo: MCC. I was not, however, online to receive the in-console code, which has now been "purged" from my messages (per Halo: The Master Chief Collection - Remnant & ODST FAQ).
I was told I could come here to receive support towards getting my code.

Halo 3 ODST is an add-on for the MCC so it needs the MCC installed as well. Have just checked the Store and ODST can't be bought separately so it must be the MCC add-on:

Can I buy Halo 3 ODST without MCC? I had it on disk but traded it awhile ago?

You can for the 360 still but as far as playing the Xbox One version you need to already have the MCC as it is integrated into the interface.
