    Did not receive Halo 3 ODST free code for Xbox One


    I never received the Halo 3 ODST promo code for playing the Master Chief Collection. I purchased the game at release and actively played it before the Dec 19th deadline to receive the ODST code yet never got it. You can look at my achievements and see that
    I was indeed playing the game in that timeline.

    Did you play in the specified time frame to be eligible? If Halo MCC wasn't played during the time specified below, you will not qualify for a free copy of Halo 3: ODST on Xbox One.

    So having purchased it in July of 2015 means you were well outside the eligibility requirements to receive the DLC for free. It is available to purchase for $5 however and is well worth it at that price. :)
