    Did not receive Halo 3: ODST code!


    I've had the Halo: Master Chief Collection since initial release: (Nov 11,2014)

    I have proof through my achievements on my account:

    I got the email on 6/1/15 stating that I received the free code through messages on my Xbox One.

    But when I checked. I never received it.

    I tried downloading Halo 3: ODST on the marketplace but it's charging me $4.99 to download the game.

    Can I please get another code for the game I was promised?

    I can show proof if needed.

    Did you play in the specified time frame to be eligible? If Halo MCC wasn't played during the time specified below, you will not qualify for a free copy of Halo 3: ODST on Xbox One.

    To his point, my friend ALifeOnceLostX1 did not get a code at all. I received mine and redeemed without issues but he doesn't have a code to download Halo 3: ODST.

    Please send a download code to his gamertag via XBL Message. Him and I both have the Halo: Master Chief Collection.
