    Hello,

    I preordered the ultimate edition of Red Dead Redemption 2 but did not receive the $2,000,000 dollars in GTA$. I have waited many weeks but have heard nothing back. I checked my Xbox message center but there is no code or message regarding the money.

    Please assist.

    Didn't receive Red Dead Redemption 2 pre-order GTA V Online cash.

    I purchased Red Dead Redemption 2 Special Edition and didn't receive my $1,000,000 GTA V Online cash within 15 days of the purchase.

    Sorry to hear that, you will need to contact Xbox support at support.xbox.com > contact us > billing > other > chat with Xbox support to see why they have not sent you the code for the money yet.

    Usually it takes up to two weeks and the code will be sent to you via an Xbox message but since this has not been the case for you I do recommend contacting support.

    GTA V was removed from the pass and Red Dead Redemption 2.was added to the game pass in it's place
