    did not receive groove 3 month promo code


    signed up for groove through the promo tile on the dashboard for 4 months free on August 10th but never received my 3 month groove promo code. spoke with customer service who verified I was eligible and should have received the code they asked that I post
    in these forums.

    We have checked it and yes we do confirm that you should be able to receive a 3 mos groove code as part of the promotion. The promotion is up to Aug17 and you availed it last Aug 10. So what we are going to do is to forward this case to our higher ups. They
    are the ones who will investigate it further and they will be also the one who'll provide the 3 mos groove pass that you should have received since last Aug. I will just need to gather some of your contact details.

    I joined groove music with the black Friday deal. It's now been over 30 days and I did not receive my plus three code.

    From the Terms of Service for that Groove promotion:

    During the first 30 days, customer will receive a promo code for 3 months of Groove Music Pass at no charge. Upon completion of the promotional period, membership will be automatically
    billed as specified at signup unless cancelled. Limit 1 promo code per customer, single use only, Promo code must be used by December 29th, 2016.
    If after 30 days from starting your subscription you don't have your code yet, feel free to post a new thread and we'll take a look. Thanks!
