    Did not receive gears of war prequels in Xbox 1 S bundle


    Recently bought an Xbox one S with the gears of war four bundle 1T. Inside the box it was only a code for gears of war four. However the promotion stated that the prequel's would be included. Upon installing the code only gears of war four was installed.
    Can you please help me get a new code to install the prequel's.

    Xbox One S 1TB Console - Gears of War 4 Bundle: download codes for GOW 1-3 ?

    Hi Support Team,

    I have bought Xbox One S 1TB Console - Gears of War 4 Bundle last month and activated the game also, but I did not receive the download codes for the offered Gears of War, Gears of War 3 and Gears of War: Judgment yet.

    Could you please check?

    The other codes should be sent via Live message within 30 days of when you redeemed the Gears 4 code. If you don't receive them after 30 days, you'll need to post back.

    I can see what they did to Halo. A prequel. Or some other story from the Gears of War universe. But I think Gears of War 3 is the end of the trilogy.

    Just to clarify, did you not receive the code for the Gears of War 4 beta or for Gears of War: Ultimate Edition? If you did not receive a code for Gears of War: Ultimate Edition in the bundle box, you will need to reach out to the original purchase retailer
    for further assistance. If you are referring to the Gears of War beta, those codes have not been sent out yet. Thanks in advance!
