Did not receive game in "Name Your Game Bundle"

Hi,

Support told me to post here. I never received a game with my xbox one "name your game bundle" I contacted the game rangers on a link (https://microsoft.promo.eprize.com/nameyourgame/faq.html?locale=en_US&country_code=us) that
has been provided in other threads about a week ago and was told I would get a response within 3 working days however I have still not heard anything.

I redeemed my code at xbox.com/name-your game to receive the game code for the game Forza 6 on April 1, 2016 but I have not yet received the game code?

Ok, filled that form already 5 days ago (no answer yet), still waiting. So, only way to have that game is to wait.
