    Hello,

    I had participated in a promotion where I was offered an additional star (from 3 to 4) if I spent $125 during February.

    I spent approximately $160 -- no star.

    Could you please check into this? All the purchases clearly show up on account.microsoft.com, and I haven't had problems getting credits in the past.

    I got an email saying if I spent $125 in the Xbox store I would receive and extra star, and I spent $140, but I did not get the extra star it just went through like a normal transaction. I waited the correct amount of time for my points to show up, when

    Feb. 2017 there was an email that i got about spending $175 and it would add an extra star, i spent over $200, and when i got my rewards in March it said i got nothing for February.

    We are currently dealing with a delay with our source of purchase information that caused purchases made around the beginning of the month to not be processed in time. This delay caused your purchases on the 28th to not be properly factored into our calculations.
    We're working with our platform team on correcting this issue for the users affected, and hope to have these promotions corrected soon. Apologies for the inconvenience. We'll update this thread when our other team deploys their fix!

    Pre-orders are not eligible for MyVIP, and therefore not eligible for the VIP Boost offer. This is mentioned in both our MyVIP FAQ:

    Since both your For Honor and Halo Wars 2 purchases were pre-orders, they were not eligible for this offer. They did both award punches on the Games on Demand offer, however.

    Your purchase of Halo Wars Ultimate Edition was listed as a pre-order, due to being purchased before release. Since pre-orders are not eligible for MyVIP, this meant that this purchase was not eligible for the extra star offer. However, we can understand
    the confusion since this title was in early access, and will move to adjust this purchase manually. You should see your extra star be adjusted in by the end of next week.
