Discus and support did not receive entire gears collection with purchase of xbox one gears of war special edition in XBoX Sales and Promo to solve the problem; I purchased the GOW special edition xbox one and played on xbox live at least once before Dec 31st and did not receive codes for the entire gears...     did not receive entire gears collection with purchase of xbox one gears of war special edition


    I purchased the GOW special edition xbox one and played on xbox live at least once before Dec 31st and did not receive codes for the entire gears collection. Xbox Support told me to post on this forum if I did not receive them by today. What do I need to
    do to get the 4 games?

    Gears of war codes???? still waiting .I paid the deposit for the Limited Edition Console bundle

    I did the preorder was told backed up and would receive code within a few days in a message on the xbox I have yet to get anythingTo top things off, for a limited time, when you purchase the Xbox One S Gears of War 4 Bundle or the Xbox One S Gears of War
    4 Special Edition Bundle, you’ll get the entire Xbox 360 Gears of War collection for Xbox One at no additional cost.

    I also purchased Xbox One Gears of War: Ultimate Edition Bundle in November 2015. I played Gears of War Ultimate on Xbox Live on 12/31/2015. To date, I have not received anything regarding the downloading of the entire Gears of War Xbox 360 collection
    for my Xbox One. Customer support also told me to post on this forum to get the games.
